Refunds & Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, however if you wish to return it and require a refund please read the following information.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure the item is not damaged or has missing parts. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Please allow up to 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your account, before contacting us.  Please allow for processing time.

Exchanges

Items can only be replaced if they have arrived damaged or in the case of non-deliveries. If you need an exchange please email using the form below.

You will be oblidged to pay for shipping costs for returning your item, unless we are responsible for a fault or error with order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please use a signed-for service as we cannot guarantee receipt.
